This PR adds support for new field compass bearing on StopArea. This field can be used to define the general traffic direction on a StopArea, and then to validate that ie buses are using the correct stoparea/boardingposition for a given journeypattern
There is a corresponding PR for the Rails part afimb/chouette2#20
