2022 Initial Release for FOSS

This is the code used to create the 2022 version of the data available on the Fisheries One Stop Shop. This includes:

• Production of the public data set
  • Matched, compared, and improved upon the 2019 public data set originally produced in SQL
  • Combines catch, CPUE, environmental, and species data
• Automatically producing metadata associated with each column of the dataset
• Cursory species taxonomic ID translation to ITIS and WoRMS using {taxize}
• Inclusion of taxon identification confidence codes
• Improved species name lookup process
• Automatic loading of dataset and metadata to Oracle for OST and FOSS access
