Text Editors and Syntax Highlighting

Pure includes configuration files for several popular text editors and syntax highlighters.

Editors:

• Emacs
• GEdit
• Kate
• Nano
• Sublime Text (this is a port of Adam Sanderson's TextMate bundle, see below)
• TeXmacs (this is described on its own wiki page)
• Vim

Highlighters:

• a2ps
• Highlight
• Pygments

Support for other editing environments is provided by third parties:

• TextMate bundle for Pure, which provides syntax highlighting, some useful completions, and documentation look up, by Adam Sanderson. We also maintain a port of Adam's bundle to the Sublime Text editor, see above.
• Pure mode for jEdit, which provides syntax highlighting and completion for keywords, by asitdepends. NOTE: The Pure interpreter is easily integrated using jedit's Console plugin. Use menu Plugins/Plugins Option.
