Feedback/Report a Problem

Allow users to submit feedback related to an existing bikemap feature, a road that doesn't currently have any bike features, or an x/y location on the map.

These reports should be sent as an email to interested parties and added to a feature service.

Collected Information

• Submitter email (so that a confirmation email can be sent)
• Geometry
  • Related existing bike feature (Unique ID)
  • Related existing non-bike road feature
  • x/y
• Comments/Feedback

Possible Fields:

• SubmitterEmail
• UniqueID
• Point
• Feedback
• Type (existing bike feature, none-bike road feature, new feature)
• Status (submitted, in-progress, completed)
