Issue Description:
Currently, our setup is project-specific to louis-db, leading to complexity when we try to detach ourselves from it. We aim to generalize the database server setup so that it can be applied uniformly to all our projects.

Expected Behavior:
We want to be able to create a standardized database server configuration that can be easily replicated across projects.
