This PR also reduces the data transfer sizes for tests so CI runs few times faster |
To More thoroughly test block-to-device distribution. Make "source" and "destination" block-to-device distribution uneven: * For source blocks use round-robin * For destination - block-wise In addition, reduce the test transfer sizes to speedup the CI without loosing quaity.
