In altacv.cls - cvsection should accept 3 arguments and show the 3rd one

Hi Aidan,

With altacv.cls as it is currently, the headings (i.e. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, etc.) are not shown properly, and the org-mode heading's '*' is shown instead.

This issue can be fixed by modifying cvsection in altacv.cls, to accept 3 arguments and to show the third one.

Thanks for the interest in the repo and submitting a PR!

So when I try to export my org file with your changes I do not get the desired behaviour. I think it might be something to do with the org-ref package auto generating labels for each of my sections. Ideally the behaviour of cvsection would change depending on the presence of org-mode but I think for now I will leave it how it is as it works for me. Thank you for noting it though, as I am sure other people will run into this issue.

Also, I liked a few things of the macros you used so I've added them to mine as well.
