Source ASP: decrease sleep time for report streams

What

Report streams in the Amazon Seller Partner have a 30 seconds sleep between polling the API. This is a lot and makes syncs last forever. We need to make them faster as we can not even make sure we have data in all of the streams of our integration test account.
