remove outdated exceptions in metadata validation #33695

Remove the exceptions that don't matter anymore - all of these connectors are no longer on that version. Was working on this file a while ago and had the thought that these should be updated.

These are in place so that if someone e.g. wants to add a tag to the connector metadata, the metadata file is not considered invalid (as these major versions were added before the breaking change metadata existed)
