- Fix ADC API spec references in v1.4.1 so they refer to v1.4.1.
- Relationship between standards and ADC API. Versioning, standards compliance rules, maintenance, etc.

- Resolve tagging issue by using v1.4.1 for
specs/adc-api*.yaml. ADC API version 1.2 will only be documented in these files, not as tag in the Git commit tree. - Will discuss long-term solution regarding the relation between Schema and API in the context of the v2.0 release, but will wait for input from ComRepo WG first.
- Housekeeping to get started with v2.0: Everyone, please go through
all issues you were involved in and either close (if they
were addressed in v1.4.1), drop (if they have become irrelevant)
or tag them as
release discussion(if they should be brought up in the next call). Furthermore, please close "laundry list" issues (issues with tickboxes that are not closely related) and re-create the points that are still open as separate issues. - The final three meetings of 2022 with take place on Oct 10, Nov 7 and Dec 5, to avoid various holidays. We will re-synchronize with our original schedule in January (Jan 23).
