CI: Ascent + Conduit (AMReX-Codes#3639)

## Summary For some reason, `AMReX_ASCENT` does not trigger `AMReX_CONDUIT` to be set, too. cc @cyrush ## Additional background X-ref: AMReX-Codes#3350
