ApTimer_MATLAB

Introduction

This package contains MATLAB codes for ApTimer that can be used to model F-Cl-OH diffusion in apatite using diffusivities reported by Li et al 2020 (see citation below). Quick modelling can be carried out via a webpage version of ApTimer at: https://aptimer.wovodat.org
