New popup interface for Emacs-Guix commands — M-x guix

The old M-x guix (interface for guix shell commands) was renamed to
M-x guix-command (also it is one of the sub-popups of the new M-x guix now).

New key binding in *Guix Store Items* buffer

z: display a total size of the marked store items.
