Description:

The Management Artefact is the last milestone of the SportShield project. It serves as a hub for every management document and helps the user to navigate through various documents.

Goals:

• Serves as a fork to reach out many management document.
• A placeholder for management documents, specifying KPIs, weekly reports, decisions made, everything related to management.
• Useful as part of project planning, for both the team and the client.

Timeline:

• 11/03/2024: Beginning of the project
• 13/05/2024: Date of the post-mortem, release of the completed management artifact
