* initial corehttp
* proc groups in new proc extra
* removed curl
* build as prerelease if alpha or dev, do not release if only 'dev' 
* fix http redirects - added url optional parse without decoding
* patched hjson
* restored `type` behavior to match lua
* added etype which check __type on metatables to determine inner type
** ___UNLOAD_MODULE table for finalizers
