Right

Instructions to use my modified "Right" theme on Mac OSX systems:

1. Open Applications folder
2. Right click Left --> Show Package Contents
3. Navigate to Contents --> Resources --> app
4. Replace the pre-existing Sources folder with the modified Sources folder in this branch.

• Sidebar has been moved to right of app
• Tighter margins
• Includes javascript bug fix for aligning page scroll position with Table of Contents navigation

Left is distractionless plaintext editor designed to quickly navigate between segments of an essay, or multiple documents. It features an auto-complete, synonyms suggestions, writing statistics, markup-based navigation and a speed-reader.

The application was initially created to help Rekka with the writing of the upcoming novel Wiktopher, and later made available as a free and open source software.

Install & Run

You can download builds for OSX, Windows and Linux, or if you wish to build it yourself, follow these steps:

cd Left/desktop/
npm install
npm start
