Final v1.x release

This release is the final release for version 1 of the SMS Spam Detection Action which allows the user to detect if a given message is a spam or a ham.

Pre-final release

This release moves the main.py file inside Docker container for further execution.

Add description and icon

This release adds a description and icon to the Action.

This action enables users to find spam in any SMS message(s) using a Python script.
