Description of changes:
Adding Violation of Bell's Inequality example notebook. I have worked with @DrBeach(Matthew Beach) on this example.
Please give priority to merging this example especially due to the recent Nobel prize on this topic. It will be exciting time for our users to run this test.
It works in braket, anaconda notebook and as a braket python job.
I have an exec_nb.py to run the whole notebook as a braket job also as devices have specific availability hours.
