update the auto dependency to fix a bug in auto #55

When I went to check on these changes being published as a canary and I found there's a intuit/auto#2432 in the auto dependency. Updating to the latest version fixes it, but that also required updating the Github Action. https://github.com/intuit/auto#v1100-fri-jul-28-2023
