do you still work on your Thunderbird-Follow-Up-Extension?
I stumbled across issue #10 (#10) and tested some changes. The datepicker is now inserted via Javascript and reuses an existing Lightning pref. This way the datepicker reflects a user's setting for the first day of the week.
Maybe you want to build this into your extension? Feedback welcome!
