fix: update docker environment and image versions for ecs deployment

Summary of Changes

• Point amundsenfrontend environment variables SEARCHSERVICE_BASE and METADATASERVICE_BASE to the correct ports. This resolves the recurring HTTPConnectionPool(host='amundsenmetadata', port=5000) exceptions reported in AWS: Amundsen Frontend not reaching Neo4j #257 amundsenfrontend on ECS not connecting to es & neo4j #210.
• Update image versions to match https://github.com/amundsen-io/amundsen/blob/main/docker-amundsen.yml. The updated versions allow users to load data correctly into elasticsearch using the sample_data_loader referenced in the Quick Start Guide (https://www.amundsen.io/amundsen/installation/).

Too bad, this PR hasn't been merged yet !
I just went through the AWS ECS deployment (state of the main branch), which worked well .. until running the example/scripts/sample_data_loader.py script , which failed of course expecting an ES >v7.x (using main branch).
I guess I've 2 options now:

• redo the deployment with @peterxichen 's changes here
• or using an older databuilder version working with ES v6.x
  • which version ?
  • older commit then cdcf738 ?
