ARM: configs: update ADI configs

Update the defconfigs for the 6.6 branch. This was done taking the
default BCM defconfig and removing the following:

* CONFIG_INPUT_AD714X=m
* CONFIG_MEDIA_SUPPORT=m
* CONFIG_DRM=m
* CONFIG_SND=m
* CONFIG_SND_SOC=m
* CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS=cp ar
* CONFIG_IIO=m
* CONFIG_IIO_BUFFER_CB=m
* CONFIG_IIO_SW_TRIGGER=m

and adding CONFIG_KERNEL_ALL_ADI_DRIVERS=y. On top of it the same logic
done in CI (with savedefconfig) was done so that CI is happy about it.
