📚 Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.

👇🏽 Prerequisites

Before installation, please make sure you have already installed the following tools:

• Git
• NodeJs
• Docker

🛠️ Installation

1. Fork the project. Click on the fork icon in the top right to get started

2. Clone the project, you can use the following command:

   git clone https://github.com/<your-github-username>/Whisper

3. Navigate to the project directory

   cd Whisper

4. Install dependencies with npm install

   npm install

5. Use .env_sample to configure the .env file for this project. For mongodb url use the localhost to test

   Note: If using Docker, the MongoDB port is 27018

6. Run npm start in project root directory, this uses docker for the server part

   npm start

   For those who do not wish to use Docker, here is another option -> to start the project
