This PR builds upon #39 to add fixes for some of the tests which were broken.

I'll report here for convenience the description of the features added by PR #39 :

Cleanup of the code + add of a cluster wide lock for delete topic operations that should avoid cascading effect when multiple healthcheck are failing at the same time

Also used a different delAll
