Yandex SpeechKit Cloud as TTS for Asterisk

The script synthesizes the voice file and superimposes it on background music

1. Copy script to /usr/local/bin/
2. Edit the script: replace the Yandex key API and the path to the background music
3. chmod a+x /usr/local/bin/yandexsk
4. Usage: yandexsk <input text file> <out wav file>
