This PR resolves an issue where media names were stored in an encoded format, leading to incorrect file handling. The update ensures media names are properly decoded before insertion into the database, improving data consistency and preventing unintended deletions.

• Decoded media names before inserting them into the database to ensure correct storage and retrieval.
• Verified that Check Media now correctly identifies and reports media usage.
• Improved data consistency by ensuring filenames remain in their expected format.
