Copy vimrc to ~/.vimrc.

Setting up skeleton files for various languages

Create a .vim folder under home directory.
Move skeleton files to ~/.vim/ directory.

Setting up TeX specific settings

Move LaTeX fileplugin tex.vim to ~/.vim/ftplugin/tex.vim.
