Script rewirtes

Normal plausible script names will get blocked by ad blockers.

We will rewrite the scripts using Caddy, so we can evade ad blockers.

Current script rewrites:

pls..js -> plausible.js

pls2.js -> plausible.hash.js

pls3.js -> plausible.outbound-links.js

pls4.js -> plausible.hash.outbound-links.js

how is the redirect done ? check Caddy config files.
