[AIRFLOW-6449] Remove Github actions until a known bug is fixed

Remove 2 Github action we added: labeller & first-interaction once the following bugs are resolved:

actions/labeler#12
actions/first-interaction#10
There is a workaround - https://github.com/paulfantom/periodic-labeler but I don't want to use it until it is resolved in the main repo

I have merged this without approval as otherwide it will show a failed flag on PRs because of the BUG mentioned in the description.
