IGNITE-23333 СDC is no longer experimental

1. Removed information from the documentation that CDC is experimental feature.
2. Removed the @IgniteExperimental annotation from the CDC code.
3. Fixed tests for checking control.sh help command.
4. Made changes to ignite-extentions IGNITE-23333 СDC is no longer experimental ignite-extensions#290
