Added mainly for debugging purposes, we can disable thsi if we want

--env SRC_REPO=${{ github.server_url }}/${{ github.repository }}.git
--env DST_REPO=${{ github.server_url }}/kiegroup/optaplanner.git

If the apache repository name will match the kiegroup one, I think we could simplify this without having to hardcode the repo name - this way all repositories will have the same workflow
