This didn't fail for the right reasons. It doesn't seem the Github Action generates HTML correctly. Just created another PR that shouldn't fail at all -- we'll see what happens. |

Goal of this PR is to see if our Github Actions do in fact provide us with some CI coverage for PRs. My understanding from the recent chats with the Infra team is that Github does not run actions on PRs from outside the org for security reasons.
We'll see what happens.
