Issue: The errors returned by the expose actions do not update the status of OpsRequest to ‘failed’, and as a result, the OpsRequest is not marked as finished.
Changes: Fixed this by wrapping the errors with intctrlutil.Error(), ensuring the status is updated correctly and the OpsRequest is properly marked as failed when an error occurs.
