Release Notes:

• Made API product name title for the cards (previously rate plan name) for a better user experience.
• Added API product name to the rate cards for a better user experience.
• Bug fix: Fixed error message that showed monetization is not enabled for Apigee X, despite it being enabled.
• Enhancement: By default prepaid balance tab on the billing page was pulling all users in the 'add credit' dropdown, which was causing issues for orgs with thousands of users. Now only current user and the selected user is shown in the dropdown.
• Moved 'Apigee Monetization Add Credit' sub module from experimental to Apigee package.
