Change description

Fix workflow errors for merge conflicts and tests workflow.

https://github.com/edx/edx-platform.git moved to https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform.git
Python 3.5 EOL, so it causes the cert check issue for PyPi. Suggested workaround from setup-python actions/setup-python#866 (comment)
