Fixes #185. Much thanks to @gjimenezUCM for their solution on that thread!
It might be nice to make this option configurable.
It now outputs a proper Markdown link to the Zotero annotation, instead of the long HTML span element:

Sounds great. Do you have a valid xpi including this fix? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to create am xpi running correctly within Zotero.
