Following up from #177 and #164 initially adding the demos a year ago, doc authors are now only using the
pymdownx.snippetsfeature instead of the external https://github.com/rnorth/mkdocs-codeinclude-plugin for avoiding duplicating Markdown. The former is more seamlessly integrated with our mkdocs theme and has more features.This PR removes the external plugin and its examples. Related #172
