Bootstrapping the maven build

  1. Install the tools repo.
  2. Install the testmodels repo.
  3. Install the parentpom repo.
  4. Install the argouml repo. This relies on static parts in the ad.hoc. https://argouml-tigris-org.github.io/tigris/maven2/ store.
  5. Install the test-i18n-properties repo.
  6. Install the argouml-cpp repo.
  7. Any i18n-repo.
  8. Any other repo.

The same steps are probably required when changing versions.
