Bootstrapping the maven build

  1. Install the tools repo.
  2. Install the parentpom repo.
  3. Install the argouml repo. This relies on static parts in the ad.hoc. https://argouml-tigris-org.github.io/tigris/maven2/ store.
  4. Install the test-i18n-properties repo.
  5. Any i18n-repo.
  6. Any other repo.
