A simple program written in d that pads nes (or other) roms so they can be used in Altra64. Main code by Spicy wolf and adjustments by me.
all thats needed to make is ldc (https://github.com/ldc-developers/ldc#installation) and make
first run: creates 2 folders
then move your roms: place them in prePad
finally run again: new roms will be genereated in postPad. now copy them to your sd card.
