mainline-kernel.conf.sh: bump 6.13 to final

  • uefi-arm64-6.13: prepare new edge via copy from 6.12 (current)
    • Fixes dc558d7 which forgot the patches
  • uefi-arm64-6.13: rebase against 6.13-rc5
  • mainline-kernel.conf.sh: bump 6.13 to -rc7
  • rockchip64-6.13: drop upstreamed patches in 6.13-rc7
  • rockchip64-6.13: rebase patches against 6.13-rc7
  • mainline-kernel.conf.sh: bump 6.13 to final
  • uefi-arm64-6.13: rebase against 6.13 final
  • rockchip64-6.13: rebase patches against 6.13 final
  • thinkpad-x13s: bump to 6.13-rc7 (jhovold has not released 6.13 final yet)
  • uefi-arm64-6.13: fix Phytium ACPI glue patch
    • seems upstream has gone remove -> remove_new and back to remove now
