When I wanted to use https://github.com/jwilder/nginx-proxy to automatically route a meteor docker container started with mupx I ran into the issue of the "--publish" flag that is on by default.
I added a flag to the mup.json to disable this parameter in the docker run command so that port 80 is exposed (per Dockerfile) but not published.
This enables nginx-proxy to correctly route to port 80 of the docker container.
