General functionality

We need to consider how and on what level the dashboards are created and how one can easily customize and combine different tables. What backends do we want to support and do we want to create new dashboard blocks (pane).

We also probably want to have a good way to interact with InferenceData (xarray) + external data.

Also, we probably need to have hierarchical structure where different levels return different items (e.g. full dashboards/apps vs blocks pane)
