4.2.0 Easier IrTrans installation, Internet Explorer support

Changes and improvements:

• With this release the installation of IrTrans becomes much easier by including the drivers and binaries executables of irserver to the release. Therefore now it is possible to install driver (only needed for Windows) and starting irserver by just clicking on two buttons in the installation wizard of IrTrans. Also see: #131
• Additionally Internet Explorer is supported again, see: #138

Release Info:

• AsTeRICS.Ergo-javaembedded-4.2.0.exe: Installer for Windows, tested on Windows 7, 8.1, 10
• asterics-ergo-4.2.0.deb: Installer for Linux, tested on Ubuntu 16, raspbian PIXEL

Note: Before installing the package on linux it is mandatory to install the package "libhidapi-libusb0":
sudo apt-get install libhidapi-libusb0
