Perl rename(prename) as a separate package

Removes confusion about the util-linux vs Perl versions of rename.

Installs into /usr/local/bin/prename, so you can use booth.
Systems rename and prename.

example: prename "s/ /_/g" *
renames all files without a blank in it.

Installation
------------

sudo make install

or you can use the gpg signed rpm package from the suse_rpm subdir.
