Welcome to the astrodataformat paper wiki.
This wiki is for collecting astronomical data format use cases. Astronomical use cases are defined as any plausible use case which involves astronomical or related information being utilized/held within a data format.
Thank you for your contributions!
To enter a new use case, first click "New Page" and add in the following information:
- Short title which should be "Use Case #" where # is the next available integer value.
- Attribution at the top of the description to indicate one or more "owners" of the use case who can be asked about its contents.
- Description of the use case in one or more sentences.
Then add the use case to this page at the bottom of the list. Please follow the format of Use Case 1 when entering new use cases.
If you want to edit or comment on someone else's use case please open an issue with the title "Use Case #: " and include the author so they are notified. This will also allow us to capture discussion about the change.
