Description
This PR contains zero commits. It just forces a major release (pre-release atm) for v3 of the Parser.
We need to release it as v3 because it introduces a BC on the API;
parser-apiv1 -> v2.Merging this PR will be accompanied by changing the title prefix of #526 to
feat!:cc @jonaslagoni @derberg @magicmatatjahu
