documents/README.org: add missing wl-clipboard dependency (from the CL trivial-clipboard package, for Wayland environments) Also update the name of fedora package: webkit2gtk3-devel is not used since Fedora 37 (already EoL'ed), it is now webkit2gtk4.0-devel (current Fedora version is 39).
