Captures a pre-authorized transcation from the customer. Successful request returns a charge object that was captured. It takes payment_id, amount and opts as arguments.
It has been tested for two test cases *With valid authorizaton id *With invalid payment id
Removed the secret key Imroved docs and added nil in amount
