An improved version of the old .ci/ci_build.sh => build.sh script which now includes manual and should work not only with the Github Action Docker but also on local systems with Docker. CCache support is enabled by default when available (not recommended for one-time HyperHDR builds as it slows down the first build, can be disabled).
